大角度多层孔履带式全液压坑道钻机的研制与应用

Development and application of the track-mounted hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for wide-angle and multi-layer holes

摘要:

传统的履带式全液压坑道钻机虽然效率高,工人劳动强度小,但是受限于变幅装置的自身结构,大多履带钻机调角范围较小,且开孔高度调节范围十分有限。在黑龙江鸡西和山西晋城等煤层较厚矿区往往需要进行多层瓦斯抽采孔施工,因此我们研制了新型履带钻机。新型钻机的主机可以±90°方位角旋转,新型的变幅装置能够轻松调节钻孔角度和钻孔高度,可以进行大角度、多层孔和跨皮带钻进施工。通过现场工业性试验,验证了新型履带钻机性能的稳定性及多种工况下施工的适用性和可靠性。

Abstract:

Although the traditional track-mounted hydraulic tunnel drilling rig posses the characteristic of high efficiency and small labor intensity, but they also have a small range of angle and height adjustment which is limited by the structure of the luffing mechanism. There is a great demand for the device to construct multi-layer holes in thick seam coal mine, such as Jixi mine area in Heilongjiang and Jincheng mine area in Shanxi. Therefore, we developed the new track-mounted hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for wide-angle and multi-layer holes. The new drilling rig has a ±90°range of azimuth rotation, and the new laffing mechanism can easily adjust the angle and height of the mainframe. It is possible to realize the wide-angle construction, the multi-layer holes construction and the cross-belt construction with this device. Underground test proved that the new drilling rig is suitable to multi working condition, and the system is highly stable and dependability.
